  Costi is wonderful. When he came to do the estimate he had me follow him around as he looked at the outside of the roof and the vent pipes. Then he came inside the attic to look around with me and explained everything. He spent the better part of an hour doing the estimate. I had his estimate within 2 days. The final cost matched the estimate. I had 2 other roofing companies come for estimates there was limited conversation, they did not go on the roof or on the attic. They basically measured the roof and gave me their estimate. Costi’s estimate included replacing plywood, vent pipes, and all the extras. The other companies had those as additional unknown costs. Their office manager Ruthie was such a pleasure to deal with. She called when she said she would. She came to the house on time, to put the boards in the driveway for the dumpster and pick up payment. I highly recommend!

  We have had a leak in a corner of our house where the living room extension meets the main house. We’ve had people come and look at it and we thought it had been fixed. I recently noticed after a heavy rain that the leak was getting worse and I also noticed a new water stain on our dining room ceiling. I did a search for local roofers on Google and South Shore Roofing came up. I phoned them and had an appointment within a day or two. They showed up when they said they would, took a look at the issue and explained what the problem was...the next day it was fixed. We’ve had some heavy rains since and so far so good...haven’t noticed further damage to the ceilings! This company was very professional, punctual and responsive, a pleasure to do business with...excellent quality and value too. I was told that they do pretty much everything except plumbing and electrical and I would not hesitate to contact them again for future jobs on our house. Thank you South Shore Roofing!

  I highly recommend South Shore Roofing. I noticed a leak in my ceiling on a Monday and found that I had several wet spots in my attic. I called them Tuesday morning and they came out within a few hours to look at my roof. They went up in my attic with me and showed me that besides the leaks, I had some ventilation issues. They gave me a verbal quote then and a written quote the next day. I agreed to it and the work was scheduled and completed the following Monday. There were no add on charges and I was very satisfied with the job.

  I had contacted South Shore Roofing regarding a poor ventilation issue in our attic. Later the same day, Costi came by checked the attic and noted poor ventilation was due to inferior attic ridge venting and poor soffit vents and a moisture build up do to poor installation of original bathroom fans. I received a quote to replace the ridge vent and install new full soffit vents under the eaves, along with properly venting the bathroom fans through the roof. We contracted the job for a fair price, the work was completed in a day and a half. The workmanship was fast and excellent by Costi and his crew. Cleanup was spotless. No more damp attic.   After meeting with numerous roofing contractors to get estimates for a full roof replacement, I made the decision to go with South Shore Roofing. They were not among the most expensive I estimates I received, but they were not the cheapest either. However, their warranty was the best out of everyone and the materials they used were the same as the companies that gave me the high dollar estimates. What really sealed the deal for me was Jeff, the representative that came to my home and went over the job with me. He explained everything in great detail, gave me his opinion on what the house needed, what should be changed and what could be done to improve the performance and longevity of my roof. All with different price structures depending on what I wanted to have done. Sounds like basic stuff that would normally come with an estimate? But no one else that I dealt with took the time to put it together like Jeff did. When the crew came out they were able to do the entire job in one day (shocked me!). They worked efficiently, cleanly and were super well organized. I can't say enough good things about them and have already passed on the companies name to a couple other people looking to have the same thing done in the near future. My once questionable roof is now something I no longer need to stress out about every time the weather gets bad and I couldn't be happier! A+

The service was also exceptional, guys worked 12 hour+ days, cleaned up at the end of each day, and their attention to detail was significantly better than the original builders. Can’t recommend them highly enough, and I already did to my neighbors.
